Sean is great! This studio is easy to get to, there is street parking, the studio is big, comfortable and the equipment is all new. I highly recommend you visit this studio and you’ll be super impressed

I've known Sean as an instructor for 2 years but he is at his best as an owner/instructor. His classes are more fun, effective and engaging.....and they have parking! I took 2 classes today and plan to return during the week and every Saturday morning. If you want a practice that will make you stronger and leaner and set to the best music.....you should try a class or more.

Great alternative to solidcore or jetset. These machines are better in my opinion. Everything is brand new. And free parking in the back which is a plus. Definitely try this class.

Sean is my favorite Lagree instructor in all of Miami and I'm loving this new studio! Super sleek, easy free parking in the back, plenty of space for the machines. Can't wait to go back!
